Dressing Room Due to the confidential nature of what they do, David and Dania need a private dressing room (with 2 chairs, a table, a mirror, bottled water and a few diet cokes if possible). They request that the dressing room be as near to the stage as possible. Staging David & Dania are one of the few acts that can work completely surrounded. While they typically can make any space work, they usually request a space of 20' x 20'. Stage "Crew" Needed: David & Dania will need the assistance of a minimum of four (4) individuals to aid in the carrying of equipment on to, and off of the performance surface or area. Sound - One “top quality” sound system. - One CD player (“hooked” into the sound system), or a digital device that can play music from a flash drive. - Digital files can be provided (by our office) in advance if needed. - One sound technician Lighting No special lighting is needed if the performance area is easily viewed with the “house” lights up. However, if it is a "darker" room, a general stage wash is strongly suggested. A spotlight is not needed but the stage or performance area must be lit. Show Time, Bar & Wait Service Once the show begins, there shouldn't be any wait service in the room. If there is a bar in the room or in an adjacent lounge or room, it should be closed for the duration of the show. If dessert has to be served prior to the show starting, it should be served at least 5 - 7 minutes prior to showtime. (Note: Since David and Dania's performance is all visual, if a member of the wait staff happens to step in front of an audience member while something important is happening, the spectator will miss that magical moment.) Other To insure the most intimate show, the banquet tables (or chairs) should be set up as close to the stage or performance area as possible.
