She was born and raised in Stavanger, Norway. At early age she started performing as a singer, and 12 years old she participated in a talent show in Norwegian TV Broadcasting with further achievements the following years through competitions and scholarships. From 1999-2004 she studied music at University of Stavanger, and graduated as a Bachelor & Professional teacher both in Classical Music and Jazz Improvisation. In Oslo she tutored at Bårdar Akademiet, Norway's largest schools for Performing arts and worked as a freelance singer and conductor for choir. After moving to Dubai she taught 3 years in GEMS Music Academy, and today work as a freelance tutor & singer for events and residential employments.
